Bel-Gio means "beautiful and young" (in Roman slang). Bel Gio meals are all natural, hand-crafted from scratch the old fashioned way, one at a time, so you feel satisfied and energized. Bel-Gio Meals are offered exclusively through fundraisers.

 

Chef Bruno. 

Hails from Fiuggi, a spa resort about one hour south of Rome, Italy that is, "Alpine, pleasant and positively bracing". (Gourmet Magazine).

For more than 30 years Chef Bruno has been creating meals in many

settings in Europe, St Bart's in the Caribbean and here in the USA as a chef at Frank’s Restaurant in downtown Hartford, at Delmonico Gourmet in Lexington Avenue, NYC and through his own Paris’ Corner restaurant in Wethersfield CT that received many rave reviews from statewide media.
